Andreas Kabisch obtained his law degree from the University of Würzburg, specialising in commercial and IP law.

He advises and represents clients in the field of intellectual property, developing and implementing IP strategies by building up patent, trademark and design portfolios. His practice also focuses on IP rights enforcement, in particular infringement and inspection proceedings, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts.

Mr Kabisch is a certified IP lawyer and obtained an LLM in European law from the University of Würzburg. He is also a trained business mediator.
