Amber J Carpenter is an associate at McAndrews, where she focuses her practice on trademark and patent litigation. Ms Carpenter has experience with pre-suit investigation and assessment, motion practice, advanced legal research and discovery for cases in various technical areas. Ms Carpenter graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she served as a judicial extern for former Chief Judge of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Honourable Ruben Castillo. She also served as an associate editor of Loyola’s Consumer Law Review.
