Allyn Taylor graduated from Stanford University, where she majored in economics, and obtained her law degree from Columbia Law School. She focuses on domestic and international trademark and trade name counsellling regarding the development and management of US and international trademark portfolios; the adoption, use and protection of trademarks and service marks; false advertising; development of branding strategies; and trademark licensing. She represents many technology companies, and has lectured and written widely on trademark rights, domain names and trademark protection in cyberspace. She has also held leadership positions in the International Trademark Association and the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
