Aliona Saalo is a partner at IP law firm Brann AB. She has been practising in the IP field since 2013. Ms Saalo specialises in IP law, particularly trademark, design law and commercial agreements. Her work also includes handling marketing law cases, representation before the Patent and Market Court in infringement proceedings, handling administrative cancellation and opposition proceedings, and enforcing IP rights. Ms Saalo manages and provides strategic advice related to large trademark and design portfolios for some of Brann’s bigger clients. She has also been involved in different branding projects, starting with trademark structuring and strategies involving name creation processes. She is an authorised representative before the EUIPO.
