Alexandru Harsany

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen

Alexandru Harsany is a senior associate and the head of the firm’s IP division. A graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School, he is an attorney at law and a member of the Bucharest Bar Association, the National Chamber of Industrial Property Counsellors, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and the International Trademark Association. He also serves as general legal counsel to the Romanian Advertising Council. Mr Harsany has written over 30 articles in Romanian and foreign publications, and has lectured at various seminars and conferences on IP and IT matters.
