Alexandra Capachietti concentrates her practice on a broad spectrum of IP and commercial litigation, including enforcement of trademark, copyright and patent rights. In her anti-counterfeiting practice, Ms Capachietti assists clients with identifying and pursuing sellers of counterfeit and grey-market goods, including conducting and coordinating online investigations and advising on brand protection measures and strategies. Ms Capachietti is a member of the US Sub-committee of the International Trademark Association’s Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition’s Customs Taskforce and Internet Taskforce, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association. Ms Capachietti is admitted to practise in Massachusetts, the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and before the Supreme Court.
