Alexander Pakharenko is an attorney at law, a registered patent attorney and a partner with Pakharenko & Partners in Kiev. He is a graduate of Kiev Polytechnic University, the Kharkiv Institute of Intellectual Property, the Academy of Advocacy and the Academy of International Personnel Development in Kiev. He also completed an internship at the Strasbourg Intellectual Property Academy.

Mr Pakharenko’s practice includes counselling on all aspects of the protection and enforcement of IP rights. He represents clients before civil and commercial courts. Being a member of several international anti-counterfeiting coalitions, Mr Pakharenko provides assistance to businesses in enforcing their IP rights and tackling counterfeiting and piracy in Ukraine.
