Aimin Huo is a trademark attorney at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Beijing Foreign Studies University and an LLM from the Benjamin N Cardozo School of Law, New York. He focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation, enforcement, anti-unfair competition, border enforcement of IP rights and IP infringement investigations with expertise and hands-on experience in strategic IP protection planning and execution of anti-counterfeiting actions and trademark infringement litigation. He is a panellist with the China Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre and the secretary general of the Licensing Executives Society China.
