Aaron Newell is a partner in J A Kemp’s trademarks and designs group. In addition to being a UK-qualified solicitor, Mr Newell is also qualified as a Canadian barrister and solicitor, as well as an Australian solicitor and registered trademarks attorney. His practice involves all things related to trademarks and brand protection, including a specialisation in online enforcement and domain name disputes. In 2018 he was one of only 34 practitioners around the world selected by ICANN to consult on the URS dispute system. The same year he was appointed as a UDRP panellist by Forum in the United States. Mr Newell joined J A Kemp as a partner in 2019, having previously worked elsewhere in private practice in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
