USTR hits out at EU GI regime, while China remains top of priority watch list
The Office of the US Trade Representative has used this year’s Special 301 Report, which assesses the effectiveness of IP protection around the world, to rebuke the current EU geographical indications regime for its “negative market access effects” on US producers and traders.
