USPTO's "erroneous" Medinol doctrine on fraud overturned

In a landmark ruling the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has held that the TTAB "erroneously lowered the fraud standard to a simple negligence standard" in its Medinol decision and the many cases applying it over the last six years.
