USPTO to fight back against threat to applications and registered marks
The USPTO’s commissioner for trademarks, Mary Boney Denison, has expanded on the office’s plans to prevent individuals from making unauthorised changes to trademark applications and registrations. The plans have been welcomed by one industry expert, who calls for the changes to be implemented as soon as possible.
