UDRP complainant left feeling blue in ‘azulmusic.com’ case

A panel has refused to order the transfer of the domain name ‘azulmusic.com’ to Brazilian record label Azul Music, finding, among other things, that the respondent did not target any particular trademark when it listed the domain name for sale on its platform.
