TTAB rules no likelihood of confusion in Omaha Steak-out
The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) has dismissed an opposition to the mark GREATER OMAHA and design, finding the mark unlikely to cause confusion with the registered mark OMAHA STEAKS. However, the TTAB sustained petitions to cancel registrations for two further marks, finding a likelihood of confusion with the registered marks OMAHA STEAKS and OMAHA STEAKS ANGUS.
