The takeaways from ICE’s Cyber Monday online counterfeiting swoop
With Cyber Monday marking the start of December’s shopping frenzy, law enforcement and brand owners have both moved to highlight their successes against online counterfeiting sites. This is the fourth year in which the US IPR Center has targeted such websites on Cyber Monday, and the results of the campaign make for interesting reading in light of OHIM’s recent study on consumer perception of IP.
