The positives behind China’s arrest of IP judges over an alleged trademark scam
The Wall Street Journal has reported that at least six judges and three lawyers have been arrested in Henan province, China, over alleged fake lawsuits designed to attribute 'well-known' status to brands. Those arrested include three specialised IP judges from the cities of Zhengzhou and Luoyang. While a worrying development, the arrests also indicate that concerns over corruption are being acted upon.
