The industry sectors absent from the Trademark Clearinghouse

Last month, WTR reported on the number of trademark owners and agents then registered with the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH), with 3,027 records submitted. Today Deloitte – operator of the TMCH - revealed that the number of registrations has exceeded 5,000, but has identified the industries that have been largely absent from registering for the TMCH’s rights protection mechanisms.
