Supreme Court of Justice: “real and effective use” of trademark necessary to preserve registration in Mexico

The lack of definition in Mexican legislation as to what constitutes trademark use has caused headaches to trademark owners for many years. However, a recent resolution issued by the Supreme Court of Justice provides some welcome answers.
