Soremartec successfully invalidates registration of ART GLACIO RAFAELIO based on earlier RAFFAELLO marks

Soremartec SA was successful in proving that the registration of the mark ART GLACIO RAFAELIO for goods in Classes 29 and 30 in Lithuania would exploit the reputation of the RAFFAELLO mark and weaken its distinctive character.
