Similarity of weakly distinctive elements insufficient to offset differences between marks, even for identical goods

The General Court has confirmed that there was no likelihood of confusion between the mark DR. JACOB’S ESSENTIALS and the earlier marks COMPAL ESSENCIAL, despite the fact that they covered identical and similar goods.
