Shandong High Court awards Rmb500,000 in damages in case involving BORDEAUX GI collective mark

In a landmark case that is expected to serve as a point of reference for the protection of GIs in China, the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux has successfully enforced its GI collective trademark BORDEAUX波尔多 in a civil lawsuit in the Shandong Province.
