Revolution at the UKIPO speeds up registration

One year ago the UKIPO abandoned its system of examining applications on relative grounds in a bid to mirror the Community trademark registration process. Today, the registry will implement additional changes to speed up the process further. To mark the one-year anniversary, World Trademark Report asked leading practitioners to assess the new procedure.
