Proposed changes under Sections 8 and/or 71 of the Trademark Act

The US Patent and Trademark Office recently published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Federal Register entitled “Changes in Requirements for Affidavits or Declarations of Use, Continued Use, or Excusable Nonuse in Trademark Cases”.
