Phillip Morris successful on appeal in SIENNA SELECTION case

The General Court found that the Board of Appeal of the EUIPO erred in finding that, as a result of normal market practice in the tobacco industry, the relevant public would perceive the term ‘sienna’ as referring to the taste intensity or nicotine content of the goods.
