New decree brings clarity and stronger administrative sanctions against violations involving counterfeit and illegal goods

A new decree, which will come into force 15 October 2020, should help the work of Vietnam’s enforcement authorities when dealing with violations involving counterfeit and banned goods, both offline and online.
