NCAA set to loosen name and image rights rule but do not expect an IP bonanza just yet
The governing board of the National Collegiate Athletics Association has voted unanimously to permit students participating in athletics the opportunity to benefit from the use of its name, image and likeness. The move could be a boon for law firms and major brands.
