Mexico keeps ACTA alive despite Senate hostility
A week after the European Parliament effectively struck down (ACTA, Mexico has surprisingly signed up to the treaty. The move – which has been applauded by the INTA – comes despite the Mexican Senate’s previous vote against the treaty. The next question is whether the senate will follow through with ratification.
