Likelihood of confusion between OCEAN IBIZA and OCEAN CLUB IBIZA

In Ice Mountain Ibiza SL v the European Union Intellectual Property Office the EU General Court has upheld a decision of the First Board of Appeal that there was a likelihood of confusion between the figurative mark OCEAN IBIZA and the earlier figurative Spanish marks OCEAN CLUB and OCEAN CLUB IBIZA for all the goods in Class 41.
