Innovation capture – what to look for and how to capture it effectively (on demand)
An innovative business needs to understand what to look for and how to effectively capture innovations when they are created. We will look at how to streamline your innovation capture pipeline, focusing on how to spot innovation, understand how it will support your business and then how to document it. We will look at the different types of IP available and how to spot when you may have something that can be protected. We will use examples to show how different IP strategies may be relevant. Once an innovation has been spotted and understood, it will need to be documented. This document will need to support the tasks further along the pipeline. We will look at how best to present the details of the innovation for use by the business and external advisers.
