Industrial Property Office moves to new premises

The Iranian Industrial Property Office has moved to new premises. The aim was, among other things, to bring together the Trademarks Office, the Patent Office and the Industrial Property Office in one single location, instead of being disseminated across Tehran.

The new building is located in the centre of Tehran, next to the State Department of Registration of Deeds and Properties. The address of the Industrial Property Office is as follows:

The Trademarks Office is fully operational within the new building. However, nearly all types of applications are filed online via the Trademarks Office's Electronic Application System.
