IMPRESSO v ILPASSO: confectionery manufacturer found to have engaged in unfair competition

This decision of the Belarus Ministry of Anti-monopoly Regulation and Trade shows that, in addition to trademark, design and other IP protection tools, companies may rely on the mechanisms provided by competition law in order to defend their rights.
