IMMUNOSTAD invalidation appeal dismissed

The First Chamber of the General Court recently dismissed an appeal brought by Stada Arzneimittel AG against the EU Intellectual Property Office Board of Appeal’s decision to invalidate the mark IMMUNOSTAD for goods in Class 5.
