‘Icy’ guidance on Polaroid factors: Second Circuit notes lack of direction regarding how much weight to give each factor

Although there is a lack of guidance as to how much weight to accord each of the eight Polaroid factors, this decision of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit demonstrates that two of the factors can be especially persuasive.
