ICANN presents Clearinghouse implementation plan, questions remain

This afternoon in Toronto, a session at the latest ICANN meeting presented an overview of the Trademark Clearinghouse and its implementation, with representatives from Deloitte on-hand to explain progress to date and then brave questions from an information-hungry audience. And while questions were plentiful, at this stage not all could be answered – with cost remaining a concern to trademark counsel.
