General Court satisfies appeal by M/S Indeutsch International

The General Court has satisfied an appeal brought by M/S Indeutsch International against a decision by the EU Intellectual Property Office Board of Appeal to invalidate a device mark for knitting needles and crochet hooks on the grounds that it was devoid of any distinctive character.
