General Court narrows chances to submit evidence to OHIM
In upholding the revocation of a trademark on the grounds of non-use, the General Court recently held that supporting evidence produced by the applicant in the administrative proceedings, taken as a whole, was clearly insufficient for the purposes of establishing genuine use of the mark at issue.
