General Court finds that figurative sign CASA is distinctive for certain Class 16 goods

The court has found that the EUIPO had erred in finding that ‘casa’ - meaning ‘house’ in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese - was descriptive of the intended purpose of certain Class 16 goods.
