General Court annuls dismissal of Puma

The EU General Court recently annulled the Fifth Board of Appeal's decision to dismiss an appeal filed on behalf of Puma. The court held that the appeal board was wrong in how it had dealt with documents submitted by Puma, even it if was correct to disregard those that had not been translated into the language of the proceedings.
