EUIPO guidelines: more guidance now available

The EUIPO’s new trademark and design guidelines entered into force as of 1 February 2020. While there are no fundamental changes to the 2017 version of the trademark guidelines, the new guidelines shed light on various aspects of interest for practitioners.
