EU General Court finds no genuine use of FEMIBION mark for pharmaceuticals

The EU General Court has annulled an EU Intellectual Property Office Board of Appeal decision, instead holding that registration of the EU word mark FEMIBION does not cover pharmaceutical preparations and instead covers only dietetic substances.
