ECJ rules on Community design case

In Bayerische Motorenwerke AG v Acacia Srl the European Court of Justice issued its decision on a preliminary ruling under Article 267 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union concerning the jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters and Community designs.
