eBay fined $2.5 million in selective distribution case

France's commercial court today fined eBay $2.5 million for failing to comply with an injunction to block sales of genuine luxury products. The ruling in favour of LVMH Group is good news for brand owners interested in the extent to which they can enforce rights in relation to selective distribution networks.
