Early or not, ICANN wants your views on trademark protection in new gTLDs

ICANN is currently seeking comments from the trademark community on the effectiveness of the rights protection mechanisms put in place for the gTLD rollout. While question marks remain over whether now is really the time to be making any judgement as to their overall effectiveness, it is a comment window that trademark counsel should seriously consider engaging with.
