Donuts expands on trademark protection offerings across its gTLDs

Donuts, the largest investor applicant in new gTLDs, has expanded on its plans to operate a domain protected marks list in the new gTLD strings it runs. The list is designed to enable mark owners to block their trademarks across multiple strings for one fee, but cost and budget considerations will dictate the strategic approach taken to protection.
