Denial of transfer due to “a most unusual correspondence”
In a recent decision under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, a panel denied the transfer of the domain name ‘f45.com’. The World Intellectual Property Organisation found that there had been a previous correspondence between the parties which suggested that the complaint was filed as an attempt to circumvent the respondent’s apparent transfer issues and force the registrar to transfer the domain name.
