Close cooperation: mark owners, WIPO and OHIM discuss strategy

At the recent INTA meeting in Vienna, in-house trademark managers and external counsel came together to discuss European strategies openly and, in keeping with the spirit of cooperation, in an unannounced session Francis Gurry and Wubbo de Boer explained exactly what the two have in mind for how WIPO and OHIM can collaborate.
