CJEU: ‘electrical energy’ not included in Class 4 of eighth edition of Nice Classification

The Court of Justice of the European Union has confirmed that the EUIPO had correctly refused Edison SpA’s request to reword the list of goods in Class 4 for which the mark EDISON was registered to include "electrical energy".
