China’s Disney trademark crackdown claims its first victims as five hotels fined
Five Shanghai hotels were fined for misusing Disney trademarks last week, according to the local Administration for Industry and Commerce. The fines are part of a special campaign to protect Disney’s IP in the run-up to the opening of a new resort and theme park in Shanghai.
