Changes to electronic communications with EUIPO

The EU Intellectual Property Office has clarified the procedure for future electronic communications with the office, in particular the ‘user area’. From January 1 2018 a fax will no longer be an accepted means of communication for filing applications for the registration or renewal of EU trademarks.
