Bombay High Court ‘sees’ the difference in ‘curvaceous’ logos
In Reliance Industries Limited v Concord Enviro Systems Private Limited (Notice of Motion 573 of 2015 in Suit 309 of 2015), a single judge of the Bombay High Court in his interim order dismissed Reliance’s application for an interim injunction in its suit for infringement of trademark, copyright and passing off and held that the conflicting logos were dissimilar.
